New M-Net rules annoy all sides

WIDE-ranging amendments to M-Net's licence have been criticised from all sides. The amendments, which include imposition of a licence fee and new advertising and programming restrictions, were criticised by M-Net for being too harsh, and slammed by potential competitors as maintaining the status quo.
